Feature of mounts
neumatic elastomeric mounts isolation the vibratiom and shock of the machine form the floor.It can also reduce the influences from the other machine. BEtter parts fishes and high quality from vibration reduction. It elminates the noise transferred from the floor or due to the resonance of building.
Machine are stationary on the floor wlthout anchors. Therefore the installation cost and time can be greatly saved. The layout can be easily changed to inprove the productivity. Machines can set up on the second floor.

How to install
Place the mounts under the anchor of the machine,lnsert center bolt and engage threads in mount. Hand tightening is adequate at this point. Sequentially pressurzation of isolator rhtough valve until dimension is 3 mm for each mount. Tighten the nuts. Continue sequential pressurization of each mount so that dimension is 7 mm,Then adjust the level of machine. Check each mount for overall height which should be within H¡À6mm.
Whenever machine is to be removed from mounts,Deflate mounts before removal of load.
